Our services include engineering, design
and manufacturing of line (stage), transfer and progressive
dies primarily for the Automotive Industry ranging up to 1000
tons. We are very experienced with the development of dies for
complex parts designed from different materials, including aluminium
and high strength (HSLA) steel. Our complete line of services offered to customers also includes small or large volume production runs, prototyping and contract CNC machining.
Our team of dedicated professionals at GrandVic work closely
together with our customers from the design stage through final
qualification ensuring that both the die and final product meets
all of their requirements. Using the latest industry standard
software, our designers work with our die makers throughout
the design and manufacturing of the die. The experience and skill
sets of our die makers make certain the highest level of quality
is achieved during the manufacturing of the dies.

TRYOUT:
We have the tryout press capabilities to match our customer's needs. During the die approval process, our customers are able to witness the die operation in a simulated production environment. At the same time, capability studies are conducted throughout the tryout process to ensure that the customer's quality standards are met. This ensures the die is trouble free and ultimately runs smoothly at home-line.
